Which areas in Mombasa do you cover?
We are based in Nyali and primarily serve Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu, Mtwapa, Kizingo, Tudor, and Mombasa Island. For specialized deep cleans, we also serve surrounding environs.
How do I book a service?
You can book via our online form, call us directly, or send a WhatsApp message to +254 752 541123. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we handle same-day requests when teams are available.
What are your operating hours?
Our teams are available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Sundays and Holidays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pricing & Payment
What is your hourly rate for home cleaning?
General home cleaning and chores are charged at KES 350 per hour, with a minimum booking duration of 2 hours (KES 700).
How do I pay for the service?
We operate a cashless system. Payments are made securely via M-Pesa or Card once the service is completed or as specified in your booking quote.
Quality & Safety
Are the cleaners trained and supervised?
Yes. Every Tidyup team is vetted, background-checked, and supervised. They follow standardized operating procedures and clear checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
For standard home cleaning, we can use your preferred supplies, or we can provide professional-grade products for specialized services like carpet or post-construction cleaning. Please specify your preference during booking.
What is your policy on high-value items?
We take extreme care in every home. We ask that you secure jewelry, cash, and small valuables. For high-value fabrics or designer wear, please declare them to the supervisor upon arrival.
